Identity beyond approval
Helping students from all backgrounds find freedom from shame, comparison, and performance, practice forgiveness, and root their worth in Christ.
Through her story of childhood brokenness, years of striving to be seen and loved, and the redemption she found in God, Sara helps people receive God as Father, rest in His love, and become secure in their identity as His beloved children.

God meets us in our brokenness, gives us a secure place to belong, and redeems even the most painful parts of our story.

The youngest of six children, Sara grew up in a home affected by alcoholism and family brokenness. At nine, she entered a children's home and later lived in a foster home. She learned early to strive, perform, and please others in an effort to secure the love her heart needed.
Through Jesus, Sara came to know God not only as Savior, but as Father. She discovered that the love she had spent her life striving for could never be earned. In the Father, it was already hers to receive. As striving gave way to rest, His love became the secure home she had been searching for and the source from which forgiveness, reconciliation, and a different future became possible.

Sara M. Jenkins knows what it is to spend years striving to be chosen, accepted, and secure. Through her own journey from childhood brokenness to belonging, she came to know God not only as Savior, but as Father, and learned to rest in a love she did not have to earn.
Today, Sara speaks with warmth, energy, and vulnerability, helping others recognize the hurt beneath their patterns and discover who they are in Christ. Through honest storytelling and gospel centered truth, she speaks to struggles with shame, comparison, approval, performance, bitterness, and worth.
A former teacher, coach, and collegiate athlete, Sara connects naturally with students and adults alike. Beyond the stage, she disciples and mentors students and women from all backgrounds, speaks in group homes, and encourages those entrusted with caring for vulnerable children. She is a University of South Carolina graduate, wife, mother of two, and is currently finishing her memoir.
Sara speaks, ministers, and advocates in places where people are longing to know they are seen, loved, and not defined by their past. Each message is Scripture centered, story driven, and shaped for the people gathered.

Discipleship is a relational journey of seeking God, learning His Word, asking honest questions, and applying gospel truth to everyday life. It is walking alongside someone as faith becomes personal, practiced, and deeply rooted.
Sara comes alongside students and women from all backgrounds who want to grow in their relationship with God, helping them bring hidden hurts into the light, receive God personally as Father, renew their minds, and take faithful steps forward. She shares Scripture, encouragement, and wisdom from her own journey while always pointing people back to Jesus.
Many people come to Christ yet still struggle to rest in the Father's love. As God becomes our source of love and security, we are freed from striving and able to love others with greater mercy and grace, including within marriage, family, and the relationships closest to us.
